SAP Business One for Accounting Functions

SAP Business One helps you better manage your general ledger, journals, budgets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Business One allows you to conduct all your banking activities – including processing payments by check, cash, and credit cards – as well as reconcile various accounts and create financial reports for profit and loss, cash flow, and aging.  You can also update account postings in real-time when relevant business events occur.

Business One is fully int
egrated and automatically posts journal entries from the sales, purchasing and banking areas and either manually or automatically creates new journal entries.  The system allows you to search for existing entries and automatically allocate each transaction to a project or profit center.  Further, the system allows you to save multiple manual journal entries to a batch to be reviewed before processing.

Business One’s accounting capabilities also include a patented tax engine designed to address a variety of complex tax requirements while maintaining a user-friendly interface that can be maintained by your company’s tax professional.  The engine has a high degree of configurability, allowing it to address known tax requirements in addition to tax modifications—preventing it from ever becoming outdated.

Accounting Management SolutionBusiness One Accounting contains many more capabilities including recurring postings, period-end closing, reversing journals, multilevel reporting, and the ability to quickly drill down into more detailed information.
